Fees & Insurance

Fees & Insurance

Fees:

Full payment is due at the time of the visit and I accept cash, checks, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.

Please contact me to get a timely response regarding my fees for the various types of visits I offer.

Insurance:

To offer the highest quality care without limitations of insurance rules, my services are provided on a cash-based basis. Although I do not bill insurance companies directly, after receiving full payment from you, I will provide a receipt for services rendered (“superbill”) which includes all necessary codes and information with which parents can choose to file a claim on their own according to their health insurance company’s procedures. Most policies consider me an "out-of-network" provider. Insurance companies may choose to cover all, some, or none of my fee, depending on the plan. Many of my clients receive some form of reimbursement, but I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed. Please check with your health insurance provider for their policy and their claim procedures.

Cancelation Policy:

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.
