Fees & Insurance

Fees & Insurance

Fees:

Full payment is due at the time of the visit and I accept cash, checks, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.

Please contact me to get a timely response regarding my fees for the various types of visits I offer.

Insurance:

I will provide a receipt for services rendered which includes all necessary codes and information with which parents can choose to file their own claim according to their health insurance company’s procedures. Most policies consider me an "out-of-network" provider. Insurance companies may choose to cover all, some or none of my fee, depending on the plan. Many of my clients receive some form of reimbursement, but I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed. Please check with your health insurance provider for their policy and their claim procedures.

Cancelation Policy:

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.
